My Story

My name is Lailee Clemons and I have worked in the nutrition industry for almost 20 years.  I earned a BA from Spelman College, obtained my certification in Holistic Nutrition from Nutraphoria & AFPA, and earned a specialty certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Campbell School at Cornell University.

Having worked at one of the top nutrition companies in the world, I realized that there was so much about nutrition and health that people just didn’t know.  Based on research and experience, I recognized that making different nutritional choices can have a profound impact on your overall health, healing, and well-being.

Becoming a Holistic Nutritionist has always been a dream of mine, and I am grateful to be able to help others live their best life because everyone deserves it.

"I became Lailee’s client about 3 months ago. I call Lailee my “Miracle Worker. “  At that time I was on three blood pressure medications, suffered from anxiety and had “information overload” regarding the right foods I should be eating.

After discussing my medical history, goals and concerns with Lailee, she developed a holistic approach to tackle my issues.

Because of Lailee:

1.  I am now down to one blood pressure medication with my doctor’s recommendation.

2. I know what foods are “good”and  “not good”for my body type.

3. I have more energy than ever before.

4. I am learning how to relax to combat my anxiety.

5. I have a tweaked exercise regiment that Lailee developed, including what foods to eat before and after exercising.

6. I receive emails from Lailee on articles that she feels will be of interest to me.

7.  I know Lailee will be there for me if I need her.

Thanks to my “Miracle Worker” I am on the road to good health.

I love her dearly"

Lailee came to me when I was carrying 40 lbs of baby weight and hadn't worked out in over 2 years. During our 3 months together, she guided me and my family through a better understanding of food, health and wellbeing. It wasn't a diet but a lifestyle journey I was on. Lailee taught me how to have a better relationship with food and also the tools for cooking and saving food. Much like we think of the environment and recycle, eating more plant based is better for your body and the earth. Through Lailee's guidance I eat more vegan but still eat meat once in a while and my body responds better, I sleep better and I even exercise at least 4x a week. I still need to do a 5k but I'm confident that will happen before the new year. Surprisingly, my husband is even on board since we went out to dinner last night and he said Lailee said not to eat shrimp. I was like OK. The kids even notice the changes as my 6 year old told me, Mommy your stomach is smaller. Over 15 lbs down and stronger and healthier for it.
